So the customer will order a personalized sign.  I will have 4 delivery windows they can sign up for — May 1, May 15, June 1 and June 15th.  The customer must submit all info two weeks before the delivery date.  I tried to label the sessions like this, but the app would not allow me enough characters.
- Order by April 15th for Delivery by May 1st
- Order by May 1st for Delivery by May 15th
- Order by May 15th for Delivery by June 1st
- Order by June 1st for Delivery by June 15th
